摘  要:国外教师组织在发展过程中具有三大功能:一是经济性方面的保护功能;二是管理或政策方面的参与功能;三是教师学术和服务有关的专业自律与服务功能。与之相适应,其目标诉求主要集中于维护教师权益、促进教师专业发展、提升教师专业水平和社会地位、参与并影响教育政策制定等方面。国外教师组织在未来将扮演更加重要的角色,其通过多元发展、合作发展等运行策略来实现自己的目标。Foreign teachers' organizations have three main functions:firstly, the economic aspects of protection function ;secondly,the management or policies of the participating function ;thirdly,the professional self-discipline and service function related to teachers of academic and seviees. Therefore,goals of teachers' organizations often focus on safeguarding the interests of teachers, promoting teacher professional standards and social status, participating in and influencing the educational policy-making and other aspects. Teachers' organizations in the future will play a more important role,and those goals will be achieved through diversified development, cooperational development and other operational strategies.
