精神病房院感发生现状浅析

摘　　要：目的:了解精神病房院感部位的发生状况,浅析精神病房院感的易感因素。方法:汇总统计2010年和2011年武汉市优抚医院院感人数及发生医院感染患者部位分布构成情况。结果:2010年精神病房医院内感染发生135例,2011年医院内感染发生107例;主要发生在上呼吸道、胃肠道及下呼吸道。与综合病房主要发生在下呼吸道有所不同。结论:精神病房院感发生具有患者病情、治疗及专科的特有性。ObjectiveTo understand situation of hospital internal infection in psychiatric ward and analyze risk factors. Meth-ods：The statistical summary of the internal infection cases in Wuhan Special Care Hospital in the past two years （2010-2011） andtheir distributions were done. Results： There were 135 cases in 2010 and 107 cases in 2011, and the infections were mainly in upperrespiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract and lower respiratory tract. However, the infections in the comprehensive ward was mainly inlower respiratory tract. Conclusions： The hospital internal infections in the psychiatric ward are specially correlated with the patient＇sillness, treatment and the specificity of the specialized hospital.
