摘　　要：目的:探讨肺肉瘤样癌的治疗方法。方法:报道1例肺腺鳞癌及肺肉瘤样癌患者的临床资料。对肺肉瘤样癌的发病特点、影像学表现、诊断和治疗进行分析。结果:1例肺腺鳞癌术后14年的患者因胸闷、气短及心悸6月入院。胸部CT检查及穿刺活检明确诊断为肺肉瘤样癌。经放射治疗后症状消失,肿瘤稳定2个月。肺肉瘤样癌是一种罕见的原发恶性肿瘤,治疗方法主要包括手术、放疗和化疗,但晚期患者往往效果不佳。结论:晚期肺肉瘤样癌患者生存期短,放射治疗可能是延缓肿瘤发展、改善生活质量的可行方案。Objective：To investigate the treatment of Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma. Methods：To rePort clini-cal data of one Patient who exPerienced adenosquamous carcinoma and Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma,and analyze its clinical characteristics,radiograPhic manifestations,diagnosis and treatment. Results：One case of adenos - qua-mous carcinoma Patient who was oPerated fourteen years ago and was hosPitalized because of chest distress,short breath and PalPitation for six months. Chest CT examination and bioPsy confirmed the diagnosis of sarcomatoid carci-noma of the lung. SymPtoms disaPPeared after radio - theraPy,the tumor was stable for two months. Pulmonary sarcom-atoid carcinoma is a rare Primary malignancy,its treatment methods include surgery,radiotheraPy and chemotheraPy, but Patients with advanced stage are often ineffective. Conclusion：The life sPan of Pulmonary sarcoma - toid carcino-ma in Patients with advanced stage is short,radiotheraPy may be feasible to delay the Progression of tumor and imProve quality of life.
