HIF-1α与NOS_2在胃肠道间质瘤中的表达及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和一氧化氮合酶2(NOS2)蛋白在胃肠道间质瘤组织中的表达及其相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测124例胃肠道间质瘤组织中HIF-1α、NOS2蛋白表达情况。结果:胃肠道间质瘤组织中HIF-1α阳性表达为91.1%(113/124),NOS2阳性表达为62.9%(78/124),在胃肠道间质瘤组织中HIF-1α、NOS2蛋白的表达之间存在显著正相关(r=0.3116,P<0.01)。结论:胃肠道间质瘤组织中HIF-1α、NOS2蛋白高表达,且两者相关性显著。Objective：To exPlore the exPression levels of hyPoxia inducible factor - 1 alPha（eIF - 1α）and nitric oxide synthase2（NOS2 ）in gastrointestinal stromal tumor and their relationshiP. Methods：ExPressions of eIF - 1αand NOS2 were detected in 124 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results：The Positive eIF - 1α exPression rate was 91. 1% in gastrointestinal stromal tumor and the Positive NOS2 was 62. 9% . There was a significant correlation between the exPressions of eIF - 1α and NOS2 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor （r = 0. 3116,P ﹤ 0. 01）. Conclusion：The overexPressions of eIF - 1α and NOS2 Protein were found in gastrointesti-nal stromal tumor and there was a significant correlation between them.
