Lrig1蛋白在人结肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨多亮氨酸重复区免疫球蛋白样蛋白1(Lrig1)在人结肠癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:收集陕西省肿瘤医院2009年1月到2012年12月手术外科常规切除的结肠癌标本64例,正常结肠组织36例。采用免疫组织化学方法检测结肠癌组织和正常结肠组织中Lrig1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其临床意义。结果:Lrig1在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率及表达强度均低于正常结肠组织(34.38%vs 94.44%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lrig1在中、低分化的结肠腺癌组织中的表达显著低于高分化组织中的表达(P<0.05),TMN分期I+II期和III+IV期中,Lrig1表达的阳性率分别为68.18%和16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在有、无淋巴结转移的结肠癌组织中,Lrig1表达的阳性率分别为13.04%和46.34%(P<0.05)。Lrig1在肿瘤浸润全层及浆膜层中的表达明显低于浸润黏膜及肌层(P<0.05)。Lrig1的表达与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤大小无关。结论:Lrig1在结肠癌组织中的表达下调,与肿瘤的分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及浸润程度相关,可能作为抑癌基因参与结肠癌的发生发展。Objective：To exPlore the exPression and clinical significance of leucine - rich rePeats and immuno-globulin - like domains 1（Lrig1）in colon cancer. Methods：Colon cancer tissues（n = 64）and normal colon tissues （n = 36）were obtained during the surgery of colon cancer in the cancer hosPital of Shaanxi Province from January, 2009 to December,2012. Lrig1 Protein exPression level was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results：The Positive rates of Lrig1 exPression in colon cancer and normal colon tissue were 34. 38% and 94. 44% significantly different （P ﹤ 0. 05）. Lrig1 Protein exPression rate in low or no differentiation colon cancer tissues was 16. 67% ,which was significant lower than 68. 18% in high differentiation tissues（P ﹤ 0. 05）. In Patients with or without lymPh node me-tastasis were 13. 04% and 46. 34%（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The exPression rate of Lrig1 in tumor infiltrating the whole dermis and serosa was lower than that in tumor infiltrating the mucous membrane and muscular layer（P ﹤ 0. 05）. In addition, the exPression of Lrig1 showed no correlation with the age,sex and the tumor size（P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The signif-icant down - regulation of Lrig1 may Play a role in the develoPment and Progression of colon cancer.
