摘　　要：囊袋收缩综合征(capsule contraction syndrome,CCS)是白内障连续环形撕囊术后期的主要并发症,该综合征极易导致术后前囊切口变形进而造成患者视力下降。近年来,关于CCS的研究较多,本文主要从力学角度探究CCS的病因及防治方法,并分析放射状前囊切开术预防CCS的机制,对CCS防治提供新方向及思考途径。Capsular contraction syndrome （CCS） is a potential complication of continuous curvilinear capsulorrhexis. It is likely to reduce the size or change the shape of the capsulorhexis after cataract surgery, followed by visual acuity decrease. Recent years,the researches about CCS are more abundant. This article mainly reviews the pathogenesis and treatment of CCS and analyzes the radial anterior capsulotomy to pre- vent the CCS from the angle of mechanics, briefly reviews the recent research achieve- merits.
