摘　　要：从系统观点论述了对正在实施的 R& D项目进行中止决策的重要意义及中止决策的主要研究内容 .提出了确定企业 R& D项目最佳中止比例的三阶段数学模型 .进而 ,将该模型与模糊综合评判方法相结合来确定应被中止 R&The authors discuss the considerable importance to terminate an ongoing R&D project and explore its main contents. A mathematical model of 3-stages is proposed, which can assist R&D project manager to realize R&D project portfolio optimization and decide how many projects should be terminated before entering next stage. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by an example.
