摘 要:基于MSC.Patran软件,运用PCL语言编写了参数化建模程序,实现了多种开口形式和加强形式的复合材料开口结构二维模型快速化、自动化建立。运用刚度等效原理将复合材料任意截面形式的筋条等效成各向同性矩形实心筋条,解决了目前有限元软件中没有提供复合材料一维梁单元的问题。结合复合材料开口结构刚度计算与优化设计实例,验证了建模方法的准确性与实用性。Based on MSC .Patran pre-processor ,the procedure of parametric modeling is programmed with PCL,which can build two-dimensional finite element models of composite laminates with cutouts automat-ically and rapidly .Depending on the principle of stiffness equivalence , one-dimensional isotropic solid rectangular beam is used to equal arbitrary cross-section composite ribs , which solves the problem that currently used CAE software don′t provide the one-dimensional composite beam element .At last,the ac-curacy and practicality of this modeling theory are proved by an example about stiffness calculation and optimization design .
