摘  要:为了解决油料装备失效风险排解与协同维修问题,提出基于风险共享的油料装备混合维修策略。从装备保障链的装备制造、供应和使用三个节点所承受风险的视角,对油料装备维修模式进行分析。将保修维修、发生故障维修和误报维修三类维修模式组合,构建最小化装备失效风险的混合维修模型。引入时间区间、装备可靠性、使用性能、运行状态重要度等参数,建立维修策略质量量化模型。从装备信息不对称、故障率、误报风险等方面,讨论模型参数评估方法。A hybrid maintenance policy of oil equipment based on risk - sharing is proposed, in order to address mitigating the risk of failure in oil equipment and its collaborative maintenance. From risk's viewpoints in three nodes such as manufacturer, supplier and user, over oil equipment support chain, the maintenance mode is ana- lyzed. The hybrid maintenance model is built based on the minimum risk of the equipment failure, by combining the maintenance mode of warranty, malfunctioning and misinforming. The model of quantifying this policy quality is established via introducing the parameters, e. g. , time From asymmetric equipment information, failure rate and of model parameter. horizon, reliability, property, and operating condition. hisk of false positives, it discusses the evaluation method of model parameter.
