摘 要:目的:了解护士长的何种行为对临床一线护士具有关怀性,为人性化护理管理提供借鉴。方法采用现象学研究方法,以目的抽样法,深入访谈±5名临床护士,资料分析采用Colaizzi的±步分析法。结果共提炼出3个对临床护士具有关怀性的行为主题,分别为促进护士职业发展行为、公平民主的管理行为、协助护士平衡生活与工作行为。结论护士长可通过营造支持性工作环境,促进护士职业发展±加强非权力性影响力±了解并满足护士合理需求等对护士进行人性化关怀管理。Objective To explore the caring behaviors of head nurses from the perspectives of the first -line clinical nurses and to provide reference for humanized nursing management .Methods Phenomenological methodology was used in the study .A depth interview was conducted on ±5 nurses recruited by purposive sampling method .Results Three themes of caring behaviors were found , including the professional growth , fair and democratic management , and balance between personal and professional challenges .Conclusions The head nurses can create a supportive work environment to improve clinical nurses ’ professional growth± and can strengthen the non-power influence .They are also able to master and meet the nurses ’ reasonable needs and apply humanized nursing management .
