摘 要:珠海火车站屋面钢结构单跨达70m,采用由人字柱支撑、拉索、交叉悬臂钢拱架组成的新型结构体系。钢拱架人字柱支撑和拱脚坐落在与桥梁帽梁相连的、跨度32.7m的钢骨混凝土转换梁上,是真正意义上的"桥建合一"结构。介绍了珠海火车站结构设计中对于温度荷载作用、混凝土收缩、徐变等因素对桥梁结构设计的影响的分析,对双向受弯和受扭的大跨度转换梁结构的计算分析和节点处理,以及屋面钢结构的设计和施工方案选择等若干结构设计中关键技术问题的分析和研究,并阐述了所采取的解决方案,为相似工程的结构设计提供参考。With span of 70m, the steel roof structure of Zhuhai Railway Station adopts a new structural system of herringbone column brace, steel cable and cross cantilever steel arch. Herringbone column brace of steel arch and arch foot are both located on the 32.7m-span SRC transfer beam connected with bridge cap beam. The structure is a typical integrated bridge-station structure. The influences of temperature, concrete shrinkage and creep on the bridge structure design were introduced as well as the calculation analysis and the joint design of the large-span transfer beam that bears combined two-way bending moment and torsion. Several key technical problems in the design of roof steel structure and the selection of construction scheme were also analyzed as well as the solutions. All above results can provide references for structural design of similar projects.
