摘　　要：目的探讨改良翼状胬肉切除联合自体带角膜缘上皮的球结膜移植术的手术方法及临床效果。方法对77例（92眼）翼状胬肉行改良翼状胬肉切除联合自体带角膜缘上皮的球结膜移植术，随仿6～12个月，观察手术效果。结果87眼（94．57％）临床治愈、复发5眼，复发率：5．43％。结论改良翼状胬肉切除联合自体带角膜缘上皮的球结膜移植术是治疗翼状胬肉的较好手术方法，术中规范细致操作是保证术后低复发率的关键措施之一。Objective To investigate the operation method and clinical effect of modified pterygium excision with limbal-conjunctival flap grafting. Methods Excision of pterygium and limbal eonjunctival au- tografting were performed on 92 eyes of 77 cases. 6 to 12 months postoperative fllow-up, to observe the oper- ation effect. Results 87 eyes （94.57%） were cured and 5 eyes recurred. The recurrence rate was 5.43%. Conclusion Modified pterygium excision with limbal-conjunetival flap grafting is an better meth- od for the treatment of pterygium. Intraoperative standard operation is one of the key measures to ensure the low recurrence rate after operation.
