摘　　要：本文采用半定量RT-PCR法分析40对肝癌癌组织及其旁组织中HDGF基因的表达情况,结果表明:90%(36例/40例)患者肝癌组织内HDGF的表达明显高于其癌旁组织。HDGF表达上调可能与癌症的发生发展密切相关,提示检测HDGF的表达有望成为肝癌临床诊疗指标之一。In the present study,the mRNA expression levels of HDGF in hepatoma tissue samples and the adjacent nontumor tissue samples are evaluated using semi-quantitative RT-PCR approach. Remarkably, 90% of the patients （36 of 40 cases） show significantly higher levels of nuclear HDGF mRNA in hepatoma tissues compared with their adjacent normal tissues. The data suggest that increased HDGF expression is critically involved in the development of hepatoma, and the HDGF expression can be expected to represent a novel prognostic factor for hepatoma patients.
