摘　　要：通过设计开发手术质量监测系统,建立数字化、网络化监测平台,实现手术并发症及非预期事件的实时监测和管理,促进手术质量的提高,提高医疗质量管理效率。To realize constant monitoring and management of surgical complications and unexpected events by developing and establishing the digital and network monitoring platform of operation. Quality monitoring can promote the improvement of the operation quality and improve the efficiency of medical quality management.
