摘　　要：输血信息管理系统构建为输血质量控制提供了手段及可行性,尤其输血信息管理系统多个环节质控点的设置使传统管理模式变为动态全程质控,提高了全员的质控意识,保证了输血全过程更加科学、安全。因此,基于全流程质控的输血信息管理系统构建在输血质量控制中发挥重要的作用。The Construction of blood transfusion information system makes it possible to control blood transfusion quality on the whole process. The setting of a series of key points converted the traditional quality control model into a new model of overall process. It improved the awareness of quality control of medical staff and makes the process of blood transfusion more scientific and safe. Therefore, this system plays an important role in controlling blood transfusion quality.
