摘　　要：根据四川省区域卫生信息化建设实践和研究现状,总结了在区域卫生信息化建设中遇到的困难,进一步明确了区域卫生信息化的建设内容、建设模式、平台分级;提出把区域卫生信息化所涉及的所有软件分为机构业务软件和区域协同软件两大类来设计和开发,并主张区域卫生信息平台软件必须具有面向居民、医务人员和管理者服务的三个门户。最后,就区域卫生信息化建设中仍不明了的问题提出了一些观点,以供探讨。According to the practice and research of Sichuan regional health informatization construction, summarize the difficulties encountered in the regional health informatization construction, further specifiy the regional health informatization construction content, construction model, and platform classification;presente that all software involved in the regional health informatization should be divided into two major categories, which are institutional business software and regional collaboration software, then advocate that the regional health information platform should have three portals serving the residents, medical staff and health managers. Finally, put forward our own understanding about problems remained unclear in regional health informatization construction for discussion.
