摘 要:组织信任作为社会变革的产物,在降低组织管理成本、提高组织运行效率、促进组织内外合作等方面都发挥着重要作用。而随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,建立城市大型医院与社区卫生服务中心分工合作机制显得尤为重要。那么,如何保持这种合作的持续性,以促进城市综合医院和社区卫生服务中心的有机结合,达到医改的目标?这就需要通过多种途径建立城市综合医院对政府、社区卫生服务中心对综合医院、患者对社区卫生服务中心间的信任。Trust in organization, as a product of social change, plays an important role in reducing the cost of organization management, improving the efficiency of organization operation, and promoting the cooperation between the internal and the external. With the increasingly deepening of healthcare system reform, to establish the cooperation between a large urban hospital and a community health service center is particularly significant. So, how to maintain continuity of such cooperation to promote the organic integration of them and achieve the goal of healthcare reform? To realize that, it would be required to establish the trust of the urban general hospital in the government, the community health service center in the general hospital, and patients in the community health service center, in a number of ways.
