江西省体育教育训练学硕士研究生培养现状的调查与研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,对江西省体育教育训练学专业硕士研究生培养现状的调查分析,研究结果表明:体育教育训练学专业硕士生导师中有教授职称的硕导居多,以年龄间区在41-50岁的人群为主,这样的硕士生导师队伍结构较为合理,有利于导师梯队建设,但博士学历以上的硕导较少;随着高校不断扩招,研究生的质量呈下滑趋势;导师带研究生过多;导师遴选机制不完善;研究生科研能力、专业基本技能不强。By the methods of literature review , interviews,questionnaire survey , this paper analyzes the cultiva-tion of graduate students ’ physical education and training in Jiangxi province .The result shows that professional master professor tutor of are mostly , in the area between the age 41-50 years old, this master’s tutor is more rea-sonable, conductive to the construction of teacher team , but the doctor degreeabove are less;with the continuous expansion of graduate students , the quality of a declining trend;tutor graduatetoo much;tutor selection mechanism is not perfect;scientific research ability of graduate students ,professional basic skills is not strong .
