“微时代”背景下运用“微课堂”培养学生教学能力的实验研究

摘　　要：教学能力作为师范类院校学生从事教学工作的核心能力,对教学能力的培养需要理论与实践相结合。本文通过文献资料、实验研究、问卷调查、数理统计的方法,应用微课教学对我院排球选修课学生教学能力的提高进行了可行性实验研究。实验证明,就教学方法而言,通过微课教学的实践,学生的教案撰写能力、讲解能力、示范能力、教学组织能力、语言表达能力、评价能力都得到了很大幅度的提高。The core ability of teaching with students of normal universities engaged in teaching work , combined with the need to cultivate ability of teaching theory and practice .We made the experimental study of feasibility to improve the ability of teaching to the students of elective courses using the micro teaching through the research of literature, the experimental study, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics .It concludes that the a-bility of planning, teaching, demonstration, organization, expression and judging has been improved greatly through the teaching method .
