产业集群内企业创业过程合法化研究

摘　　要：从组织社会学新制度主义合法性理论出发,结合创业过程理论,从创业机会、创业者、创业资源的角度,提出了产业集群内创业合法化过程。The industrial cluster provides a special environment for new ventures ,cluster has brought the market ,labor force ,technology ,brands ,suppliers and other resources to the enterprise .At the same time ,new enterprises are restrict-ed by cluster system environment .We combined with Sociology of organization＆#39;new institutional legitimacy theory and the theories of entrepreneurship ,from the perspective of entrepreneurial opportunities ,entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial re-source ,put forward the legitimate process of industrial clusters entrepreneurship .
