摘　　要：近年来,美国制造业正从中国悄然撤离,回归本土发展。造成这一现象的原因有很多,如美国国内政策、政治压力、海外成本上升、本土比较优势渐显及生产方式变革等。随着美国制造业回流,中国面临诸多挑战,应积极采取措施加以应对。如想方设法提升区位优势,竭尽全力提高创新能力以及在努力保持国际市场的同时扩大国内需求等。In recent years ,American manufacturing industries quietly withdraw from China .It is caused by many reasons , like domestic policies ,political pressures ,rising overseas costs ,better local comparative advantages and changes of produc-tion methods .With the return of these industries ,China faces more challenges .Therefore ,China should take active meas-ures to cope with ,such as enhancing the regional advantages ,improving innovation capabilities and keeping the internation-al market as w ell as boosting domestic demand .
