摘  要:以正常青少年步态参数为依据,采用三维录像拍摄与解析,SEMG分析技术对痉挛性脑瘫青少年平地走步态参数进行运动学、肌电学对比分析,初步探讨脑瘫青少年步行障碍的机理.研究结果显示:脑瘫青少年步态与正常青少年差异明显.随着脑瘫等级递增健侧腿与患侧腿差异增加,脑瘫I2级青少年协调下肢活动的肌群基本正常,两腿肌群差异较少;而脑瘫II2级青少年健侧与患侧下肢肌肉活动差异较大.Based on gait parameters of the normal adolescents,the walking gait parameters of kinematics and EMG of the normal adolescents are analyzed by the means of three-dimensional video and SEMG analysis. A preliminary study on mechanism of walking obstacle in oadolescents with CP is done. The result shows that there is significant difference in the gait between the adolescent with CP and the normal adolescent. The differences between the healthy side leg and the ipsilateral side leg increase with increasing CP level. It is normal for adolescents with CP I 2 to control lower limb muscle group of gait,and there is less difference between two legs, however,it is bigger difference for adolescents with CP II 2 to control lower limb muscle group of feet between the healthy side leg and the ipsilateral side leg.
