普通高校体育与健康教育实践效果分析

摘　　要：为了贯彻"健康第一"的体育工作指导思想,提高体育与健康教育实践效果,以辽宁科技大学2010级本科生为实验对象进行体育与健康教育改革实践。实践研究表明:体育与健康教育相结合符合大学生心理发展规律;实验班学生比对照班学生的身体素质明显增强,身体形态更具美感;实验班学生心理健康状况与普通青年常模比较大幅度提升。In order to implement the sports work of ＂health first＂ guiding ideology, and improve the effect of physical education and health education practice, grade 2010 undergraduates in University of Science and Technology liaoning of are taken as subjects, the physical and health education reform experiment is carried out. Practice research shows that： the combination of sports and health education accords with college students＇ psychological law of development, the experimental class students are better than that in comparative classes in the aspects of improving the students＇ physical quality, the body shape is more aesthetic feeling, the mental health status of the experimental class students is significantly enhanced by comparing with the general population.
