摘　　要：本文以依托华中农业大学建设的两个国家重点实验室为例,分析了国家重点实验室在培养高素质创新型研究生方面具有的学科、人才队伍、科研条件等优势,介绍了华中农业大学依托国家重点实验室坚持全面的质量观,重视利用高水平创新团队、良好的实验室文化及广泛的国际合作与交流培养高素质创新型研究生的举措及取得的成绩。Taking the two State Key Laboratories which is attracted to Huazhong Agricultural University for the example , we analyzed their advantages of discipline , personnel and research conditions on training the innovative students .The experiences and achievements on training the innovative students that adhere to a comprehensive view of quality;their attention to the effects of high level innovation teams , the good laboratory culture , and the extensive international cooperation and exchanges were introduced .
