摘　　要：目的探讨桩蛋白(Paxillin)和踝蛋白(Talin)在甲状腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP染色法和Western blotting技术检测甲状腺癌、甲状腺腺瘤、桥本甲状腺炎及癌旁甲状腺组织中Paxillin和Talin的表达,以及Paxillin和Talin在甲状腺癌中的表达与患者肿瘤病理类型、淋巴结转移、浸润程度、年龄及性别的关系。结果 Paxillin和Talin在甲状腺癌组织中高表达,与甲状腺腺瘤、桥本甲状腺炎及癌旁甲状腺组织中表达差异有统计学意义,而且与患者淋巴结转移、浸润程度和临床分期密切相关,与患者年龄、性别和病理类型无关。结论 Paxillin和Talin在甲状腺癌中高表达,与患者淋巴结转移、浸润程度和临床分期密切相关,可作为甲状腺癌患者预后的指标,为临床寻找新的甲状腺癌治疗靶点提供重要依据。Objective To study the expression of paxillin and talin in thyroid cancer and its significance. Methods Expression of paxillin and talin in thyroid cancer, thyroid adenoma, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and normal thyroid tissues was detected by Western blotting with SP immunohistochemical staining and its relation with pathological type, lymphatic metastasis, infiltration degree of thyroid cancer, age and sex of thyroid cancer patients was analyzed. Results The expressional level of paxillin and talin was higher in thyroid cancer tissue than in thyroid adenoma, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and normal thyroid tissues, and was closely related with clinical stage, infiltration degree and lymphatic metastasis of thyroid cancer but not related with pathological type, age and sex of thyroid cancer patients. Conclusion High expression level of paxillin and talin in thyroid cancer is closely related with clinical stage, infiltration degree and lymphatic metastasis of thyroid cancer and can predict the prognosis of thyroid cancer patients, thus providing an important evidence for seeking the new treatment target of thyroid cancer.
