摘　　要：近年来,高等师范院校毕业生的就业问题日益突出,引起了社会各界的关注。因此,深入研究高等师范院校毕业生就业状况及应对策略,具有重大的现实意义。The employment problem of college graduates has become increasingly prominent in recent years. It has caused the high attention of the society. Therefore, the study on the employment situation of graduates in normal university is significant. The current situation of employment in normal university graduates and the countermeasures are put forward.
