摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取野生天竺桂叶挥发油,并以总还原力、ABTS自由基和亚硝酸钠的清除作用为指标评价野生天竺桂叶挥发油的抗氧化活性。研究结果表明:20%野生天竺桂叶挥发油具有较强的抗氧化活性,样品量与各项指标均呈量效关系;挥发油的总还原力、ABTS自由基和亚硝酸钠清除作用的IC50分别为79.99、6.21和132.07μL,对ABTS自由基和亚硝酸钠的清除作用优于1 mg/mL的维生素C和BHT。The volatile oil from leaves of C. japonicum was extracted by steam distillation and its antioxidant activity was evaluated by total reducing power, scavenging capacity against ABTS free radical, and sodium nitrite. The results showed that 20% volatile oil exhibited significant antioxidant activity in a concentration-dependent fashion. The IC50 values of total reducing power, scavenging capacity against ABTS free radical, and sodium nitrite were determined to be 79.99,6.21 and 132.07 μL, respectively. The scavenging capacity against ABTS free radical and sodium nitrite of volatile oil were higher than that of 1 mg/mL Vc and BHT.
