摘　　要："天人合一"的中国哲学观决定了汉语的直觉性和悟性思维。汉语在词法、句法以及篇章上注重意义表达的整体性。"天人相分"的西方哲学观决定了英语的逻辑性和理性思维。英语在各个不同的语言层面以形态和形式结构为主。汉英思维方式的不同决定了汉语重语义和英语重语法的研究方法论差异。The Chinese philosophical view ＂the Unity of Heaven and Man＂ determines Chinese intuitive and comprehensive thinking. Chinese emphasizes the integrity of meaning expression in words, sentences and discourses. The western philosophical view ＂the Distinctiveness of Heaven and Man＂ determines western logic and rational thinking. English lays stress on form and structure at different linguistic levels. The different ways of thinking lead to different research methodologies that Chinese emphasizes meaning and English emphasizes grammar.
