摘 要:目的模仿天然骨同心圆的结构,制备静电纺丝聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物[Poly(lactide-co-glycolide acid),PLGA]纳米纤维膜/磷酸钙骨水泥(calcium phosphate cement,CPC)复合物,通过力学实验初步探讨静电纺丝PLGA纳米纤维膜改善CPC韧性强度的效果。方法实验分为两组:实验组为CPC/PLGA复合物、对照组为单纯的CPC,将CPC复合物或单纯的CPC制备6 mm×6 mm×20 mm的长方体试件,进行三点弯曲试验测试材料的韧性强度、弯曲强度和弹性模量。结果与CPC组相比较,CPC/PLGA组的韧性强度提高了71.4倍,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.00);弯曲强度提高28.8%,弹性模量降低37.8%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论静电纺丝PLGA纳米纤维膜可以改善CPC的韧性,静电纺丝PLGA纳米纤维膜/CPC复合物具有较好的力学特性。Objective A compound of Poly(lactide-co-glycolide acid) (PLGA)and calcium phosphate cement(CPC) was pre- pared that imitated the concentric structures Of natural bone. Then, the effect of electrospun PLGA nanofiber membrane on toughness strength of CPC was explored by using a mechanical experiment. Methods The PLGA/CPC compound or pure CPC were prepared to be cuboid specimens with size of 6 mm×6 mm×20 mm. The toughness strength, bending strength and modulus of elasticity of the materi- als were tested by the three-point flexural test. Results The toughness strength of the PLGA/CPC compound was 71.4 times higher than that of the pure CPC (P = 0. 00). However,there were no significant difference in the bending strength and modulus of elasticity although the former was increased by 28.8% while the latter was reduced by 37.8%. Conclusion Electrospun PLGA nanofiber mem- brane can improve the toughness of CPC, and the compound shows a good mechanical property.
