四川省县区级及以下医疗机构医疗设备人员状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析四川县区级及以下医疗机构的医疗设备人员配备情况,为推动创新医疗器械产品应用示范工程顺利实施提供参考建议。方法采用调查问卷对四川省106家县区级及以下医疗机构的医疗设备人员状况进行调查,用SPSS15.0软件进行数据处理和统计分析。结果不同经济发展水平地区同类医疗机构设备技师/医师数量有差异(P<0.05),一类地区医疗设备人员最多,二类地区次之,三类地区最少;县区级医院核磁共振、血液净化机和放疗机等设备技师或医师不足1人,乡镇卫生院50%以上的重点设备缺少技师和医师,各类医疗机构动脉硬化检测仪技师/医师短缺;医疗机构设备技师/医师学历、职称较低,其中二类、三类地区和基层医疗机构尤为突出。结论加强经济发展水平较低地区和基层医疗机构人才引进和管理,加大设备技师/医师培训力度,开展远程诊断服务、实现优质卫生人力资源共享等有助于充分发挥医疗设备在疾病诊断治疗中的优势,促进医疗服务质量的提高和医院的发展。Objective To analyze the medical equipment staffs in county hospitals and primary healthcare institutions in Si- chuan Province in order to provide suggestions for implementation of demonstration project of innovative medical devices. Methods The medical equipment staffs in 106 county hospitals and primary health care institutions were investigated in Sichuan province, and SPSS 15.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The number of equipment technicians/doctors of the same kind of medical institu- tions in different economic level districts was different：the highest in the class I region,then in the class II region,and the lowest in the class III region （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There is less than one technician/doctor of NMR, blood purification machine and radiation therapy machine in county hospitals. More than 50% township hospitals lacked of technicians and doctors of key equipments. The equipment technicians and doctors had less education,especially in the class II and II1 regions and primary healthcare institutions. Conclusion We should strengthen the talent introduction and management in the low level economic development area, provide more training for equipment technicians/doctors, carry out the remote diagnosis service and realize the sharing of the high quality health human resources. Thus, the advantages of medical equipment in disease diagnosis and treatment will be full played, hospitals will be developed and medical service quality will be improved.
