摘　　要：非物质文化遗产保护工作在近年来逐渐得到了世界各国的重视,我国各级政府也开始了全方位的非物质文化遗产抢救与保护开发工作。随着这种认识的提高和保护工作的升级深化,非物质文化遗产档案管理工作也逐渐得到许多学者的研究。从非物质文化遗产档案管理工作的必要性入手,结合我国当前形势下非物质文化遗产档案管理工作实际情况,讨论了非物质文化遗产档案管理工作开发和利用的一系列问题。Non material cultural heritage protection work in recent years has been the world＇s attention, China＇s government at all levels to the intangible cultural heritage rescue and protection and development of a full range of. With the improvement of the understanding and protection workup grading deepening, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives Management has gradually been many scholars study. Starting from the necessity of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives Management, combined with China＇s current situation of non reality of archives management work of material cultural heritage, discusses a series of problems and the use of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives Management development.
