摘　　要：调研表明,某市工科高校思政课教师不同程度或不同时期存在职业倦怠的现象较普遍。职业倦怠不仅损害身心健康,而且还影响教学质量。探究工科高校思政课教师职业倦怠的影响因素,并提出消解之策,对提高工科高校思政课教学质量具有重要意义。A recent survey shows that there is a common phenomenon that the ideological and political course teachers at some engineering universities have certain burnout in varying degrees or at different times. Burnout not only damages health,but also affects the quality of teaching. Exploring the factors which give rise to burnout,and proposing solutions to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses in engineering univercities is of great significance.
