摘　　要：大学生是祖国的希望,民族的未来,也是十八大报告出提出的重点党员培养领域里的知识分子群体。本文结合当代高校党建面临的新形势,通过描述当代大学生党建工作面临的新挑战,进行现状分析,探索出具有建设性、稳定性、长期性的工作长效机制。College students as an intellectual group are the hope of our motherland,the future of the nation, and as the 18th Party Committee has pointed out,focus of our Party building work. This paper analyzed the situation and challenges of Party building work at universities and colleges,and explored the long-term working mechanism,which should be constructive,stable,and continuous.
