摘　　要：科研实验平台是高职院校开展科研工作重要的基础条件。因此,科研实验平台需在建设思路、规章制度、团队建设、仪器设备工作效率机制和学术交流等方面加以探索与实践,创造出良好的科研实验工作环境,以带动专业建设、校企合作等,促进高职院校技能应用型人才的培养。本文以"浙江医药高等专科学校科研实验平台"为例,在建设与效率机制方面进行相关探讨。Research experiment platform is an important and basic condition for scientific research in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, research experimental platform needs to explore and practice in the construction of ideas, rules and regulations, team building, equipment working efficiency mechanism and academic exchange, to create good working environment of scientific research, and drive specialty construction, school enterprise cooperation, and promote the cultivation of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. This paper taking ＂Zhejiang Pharmaceutical College＇s research experiments platform＂ as an example, discusses the aspects of the construction and efficiency mechanism.
