摘  要:目的研究脂质体介导外源性基因转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)治疗缺血性脑损伤的临床疗效。方法从2012年3月到2013年1月,选取治疗缺血性脑损伤的病患共78例。以数字法随机分为对照组39例,观察组39例。观察组采用脂质体介导外源性基因TGF-β1治疗,对照组则常规注射生长因子治疗。观察两组病患的脑神经功能评价和细胞凋亡数情况。结果观察组神经恢复成功率高于对照组,Bederson评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论脂质体介导外源性基因TGF-β1治疗缺血性脑损伤能有效地降低术后的并发症,基因的多功能可以较好地保护病患神经功能。Objective To study the expression of liposome-mediated exogenous gene TGF-β1 treatment in ischemic brain injury clini-cal efficacy. Methods From March 2012 to January 2013,78 cases in our hospital receiving the treatment of ischemic brain injury patients were included into this study. All these patients were randomly divided into 39 cases in the control group,39 cases in the observation group. Patients in observation group received liposome-mediated exogenous TGF-β1 gene therapy. Patients in the control group received conventional injection growth factor therapy. Neurological assessment and case number of apoptotic cells were observed in all these patients. Results The success rate was higher in neurological recovery,Bederson score in the observation group than the control group. The differences were statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Liposome-mediated exogenous gene TGF-β1 therapy can effectively reduce postoperative complications. Multi-gene therapy can better protect patients nerve function.
