摘  要:目的:研究海滨锦葵不同器官不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化作用。方法:利用超声辅助提取法分别得到海滨锦葵根、茎、叶、花、种子的正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和甲醇提取物,采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝[Na2NO2-Al(NO3)3]显色法检测各提取物中总黄酮含量,采用FolinCiocalteu法检测各提取物中总酚含量,通过1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)、羟基自由基(·OH)清除能力,对各提取物的体外抗氧化活性进行评价。结果:海滨锦葵不同器官不同溶剂提取物抗氧化活性有差异,其中根的乙酸乙酯提取物、茎的二氯甲烷提取物抗氧化活性相对较强,其总黄酮含量分别达到49.24、53.89 mg/g,总酚含量分别为50.39、43.46 mg/g。结论:海滨锦葵可作为天然的抗氧化物质资源,具有潜在的开发利用价值。Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the antioxidant activities of different parts and different solvent extracts from Kosteletzkya virginica (L.) Presl. in vitro. Methods: Using ultrasound- assisted extraction method, the N-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and methanol extracts from roots, stems, leaves, flowers and seeds of Kosteletzkya virginica (L.) Presl. were obtained, respectively. The total flavonoids content of various extracts were detected with Na2NO2-Al(NO3)3 chromogenic system.The total phenolics content of various extracts were detected with Folin-Ciocalteu assay. The antioxidant activity of various extracts in vitro were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical (DPPH.) system and hydroxyl radical (-OH) system. Results: The antioxidant activities of ethyl acetate extracts of roots and dichloromethane extracts of stems were stronger than other extracts; their total flavonoids content were 49.24, 53.89 mg/g, respectively; their total phenolics content to reach 50.39, 43.46 mg/g, respectively. Conclusion: Kosteletzkya virginica (L.) Presl. could be used as natural antioxidant resources with a good development and utilization value.
