摘 要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了红枣汁中的Fe、K、Ca、Mg、Cu含量,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定了Mn、Zn、Sn、Pb、Cr的含量。实验采用微波消解样品前处理方法,研究了不同元素测定时仪器的最佳工作条件、方法的准确性和精密度。与传统的干法、湿法消解相比,微波消解法具有溶样快速完全,无损失和污染少的优点,提高了检测的准确度和精密度。实验得到了良好的精密度(RSD-0.2%~1.7%)和回收率(96.3%~104.5%),为红枣类食品中金属的检测提供了新的研究平台。Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine the metallic elements of Fe, K, Ca, Mg, Cu in jujube juice, and the Mn, Zn, Sn, Pb, Cr was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The analytical parameters including lighting system, heating procedures and the concentration of standard samples were discussed in our study. Based on the optimum experiment conditions, the linear equations and correlation coefficients were obtained. The satisfying analytical recovery (RSD=0.2%-1.7%) and precision (96.3%-104.5%) were achieved, which illustrated this research provide a simple and sensitive method for heavy metallic elements quantitative analysis of real jujube juice samples.
