摘  要:为探索卫生系统事业单位绩效工资改革,本研究结合宁波市卫生系统绩效工资改革实施的现状和做法,客观分析了卫生系统实施绩效工资改革中面临的"四大问题"及负面影响。在此基础上,研究了进一步完善宁波市卫生系统绩效工资改革的应对措施,针对性地提出了"四大对策"。本研究旨在为解决宁波市卫生系统绩效工资改革中的瓶颈问题提供建议,充分调动医务人员的积极性,促进医疗卫生事业可持续发展。To explore the reform on performance salary in public institutions of Ningbo health system, this research analyzed the four issues faced by performance salary reform and their negative impacts by combining the current reform practice in Ningbo health system. With these efforts, this article further studies the countermeasures for performance salary reform in Ningbo health system and proposes four strategies. This research aims to put up suggestions to address bottleneck problems in the reform and hope these strategies could give full play to medical workers' initiative and promote sustainable development of health career.
