玻璃体切割术治疗眼内异物的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价玻璃体切割术治疗眼内异物的效果。方法对新疆医科大学第一附属医院2009年5月-2012年5月48例(48眼)眼内异物患者行玻璃体切割术联合球内异物取出的临床资料进行回顾性分析。48例(48眼)行玻璃体切割、球内异物取出联合晶状体切除、视网膜脱离复位、巩膜外冷凝、巩膜环扎、视网膜激光、虹膜周切、C3F8或硅油填充术。结果 48例(48眼)均一次性手术成功取出异物,术后视力较术前提高者36眼(75.0%),视力不变者6眼(12.5%),视力下降者6眼(12.5%)。结论玻璃体切割术能有效治疗眼内异物,异物取出成功率高,患者的视力和眼球得到了挽救。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Vitrectomy used in intraocular foreign body.Methods This is a retrospective clinical study.24 patients （24 eyes）with intraocular foreign body （IOFB）who un-derwent Vitrectomy were observed from May 2009 to May 2012.48 cases （48 eyes）underwent vitrectomy, IOFB removal combined with resection of the lens,retinal reattachment,scleral condensing scleral buck-ling,retina photocoagulation,iridectomy and C3F8 or silicone oil tamponade.Results IOFB was extracted successfully in 48 patients （48 eyes）during the first surgery,postoperative visual acuity improved,un-changed and decreased in 36 eyes （75.0%）;6 eyes （12.5%）and 6 eyes （12.5%）respectively.Conclusion Vitrectomy can extract IOFB and save the patient＆#39;s vision and eyeball effectively.
