摘　　要：本文从分析我国医药企业存在的问题以及对影响医药企业核心竞争力形成的制约因素出发,并结合医药企业自身特点,按照定性和定量相结合的原则,设置了医药企业核心竞争力的指标体系,建立综合模糊评价模型。This paper analyzes the problems of pharmaceutical enterprises in China and the factors affecting the formation of pharmaceutical enterprise＆#39;s core competence, and combined with the characteristics of pharmaceutical enterprise, according to the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative, a pharmaceutical enterprise core competitiveness index system is set, and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model is set up.
