摘　　要："校企合作、工学结合"是新时期高职院校可持续发展的需要,本文结合房地产经营与估价专业的实际,在对"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式的内涵进行解析的基础上,分析了高职院校房地产经营与估价专业实施该模式的必要性及有效途径。＂School-enterprise cooperation, work-integrated learning＂ is the need for sustainable development of colleges in the new period. Combined with practice of real estate operation and evaluation major, on the basis of parsing meaning of ＂school-enterprise cooperation, work-integrated learning＂ personnel training mode, this paper analyzes the necessity and effective ways for vocational real estate operation and evaluation major to implement the mode.
