摘  要:[目的]探讨自优质护理示范工程实施以来地市级三级甲等医院病房护士工作量以及护理人力配置存在的问题,并分析原因,提出改进对策。[方法]采用观察法和自我记录法,通过对直接和间接护理项目护理工作量的测量,记录实践中测定项目所用时间,从而测算出该院护理人员配置的合理性。[结果]该院护士处于缺编状态,高职称护士、专科护士未充分发挥临床护理专家作用,高学历护士数量较少。[结论]护理工作量测算可以为优化护理人力资源合理配置提供合理依据。Obj ective:To probe into the nursing workload and the problems of nursing human resources allocation in the ward since the implementation of high quality nursing demonstration proj ects in the three grade A hospi-tals and analyze its reasons and put forward the improvement countermeas-ures.Methods:Observation method and self recording method were used, and through the measurement of direct and indirect nursing items of nurs-ing workload,then to record the time in determination of proj ect in prac-tice,thereby to estimate the rationality of nursing personnel allocation.Re-sults:The nurses were in the state of lack of establishment;high profes-sional title nurses and nurse specialists cannot fully play a role of clinical nursing specialist and high educated nurses were fewer.Conclusion:Nurs-ing workload measurement can provide reasonable evidences for optimizing the nursing human resources allocation.
