双头容积式自动灌装控制系统的设计

摘　　要：双头容积式自动灌装控制系统采用西门子S7-300系列PLC和西门子的MP277触摸屏,利用伺服电机精确控制灌装桶的位置和速度,下位机采用Step7 5.4编程软件实现自动灌装生产线PLC控制,上位机采用WinCC Flexible 2008组态软件设计自动灌装生产线的HMI,并通过MPI协议,触摸屏与PLC精通准确可靠,实时监视和控制灌装生产线。该自动灌装生产线已投入使用,不仅运行稳定可靠,而且控制精度高。The Siemens S7 - 300 PLC, the MP277 touch screen control and the servo motor used to control the position and the speed of the f＇diing barrel precisely are apphed in the Dualhead positive displacement automatic filling control system. The Siemens S7- 300 PLC is programmed by the software of Siemens STEP 7 5.4. The human machine interface （HMI） is designed by the software of WinCC Flexible 2008. HMI and PLC communicated by MPI protocol, which performance is accurate and reliable. The automatic filling production line has been put into use. The system is steady, reliable and precise.
