摘 要:目的使用弥散张量成像技术探究首次发病的精神分裂症患者的胼胝体亚区,即膝部、体部及亚部的异常。方法对58例首次发病的精神分裂症患者和58例年龄、性别相匹配的健康人进行弥散张量成像的磁共振扫描,并采用ROI分析方法研究精神分裂症组的胼胝体各亚区的FA值的异常。结果精神分裂症患者胼胝体的FA值分别为:膝部0.596±0.027、体部0.560±0.030及压部0.635±0.026;与健康对照组比较,显著降低。结论精神分裂症患者的胼胝体异常在首次发病时即已经出现,这些异常很有可能与精神分裂症的发病机制有关。Objective In this study, we use diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) to examine white matter abnormalities in first-episode schizophrenia patients. Methods DTI data were acquired from 58 first-episode schizophrenia patients and 58 health controls. Fractional anisotropy (FA) were measured in the genu, body and splenium of the corpus callosum, which is used as the regions of interest (ROI). Results Compared with the healthy controls, the FA in the genu(0.596±0.027), body(0.560±0.030) and splenium (0.635±0.026) of the corpus callosum was significantly reduced in the patients with schizophrenia (P〈0.05). Conclusion The abnormalities in the corpus callosum showed in the fist-episode schizophrenia patients may play a key role in the pathophysiology of the schizophrenia.
