摘　　要：目的:利用RNAi技术沉默腺样囊性癌细胞株ACC-2中VEGF的表达,探讨其对肿瘤细胞侵袭能力的影响。方法:利用RNAi技术沉默VEGF表达,用Transwell侵袭实验检测细胞体外侵袭能力的变化。结果:与对照组比较,VEGF的siRNA能有效地抑制实验组ACC-2细胞的侵袭能力。结论:沉默VEGF减弱腺样囊性癌的侵袭能力。Objective：To investigate the inhibitory effects of VEGF targeted small interference RNA（siRNA）on invasiveness of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma（SACC）cell line ACC-2. Method：VEGFsiRNA was transfect into SACC cell line ACC-2 and then examine the changes of invasive ability of ACC-M. Result：The invasive and proliferative abilities of ACC-2 decreased,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：Si-VEGF can effectively decrease invasiveness of SACC cells.
