摘 要:鉴于轮毂电机驱动的电动车因非簧载质量增加导致车辆行驶平顺性恶化等问题,本文中应用1/4车辆动力学模型,基于响应均方根值和传递特性导出了车辆平顺性和电机垂向振动的若干评价指标。以某微型轮毂驱动电动车为对象,应用上述指标分析了车辆簧载与非簧载质量比、轮胎垂向刚度与悬架刚度比、悬架阻尼比和电机系统与车轮系统质量比等因素的影响,为匹配车辆参数提供了可选范围。In view of the problems of electric vehicle (EV) with motorZin-wheel drive, such as ride comfort deterioration due to its increased unsprung mass, a quarter vehicle dynamics model is built and based on its root mean square response and transfer characteristics, several indicators for evaluating the vertical vibration of motor and the ride comfort of vehicle are derived. These indicators are then applied to a mini EV with motor-in-wheel drive to analyze the effects of the ratio of sprung mass over unsprung mass, the ratio of vertical stiffness of tire over the stiffness of suspension, the damping ratio of suspension and the mass ratio between motor and wheel, providing an applicable range of parameters for vehicle matching.
