摘 要:鉴于燃烧相位观测的重要性和基于缸压信号的传统燃烧相位观测方法成本高、寿命短,实际应用受到限制,本文中对采集到的高压共轨柴油机声学信号进行时频联合分析,研究声学信号与缸内燃烧始点之间的关系。将未燃烧阶段的声学信号抽象为高斯噪声,分析了声学信号特征量与缸内燃烧始点之间的相关性,采用多项式回归建模的方法,建立了基于声学信号的高压共轨柴油机燃烧始点观测模型。测试结果表明,该模型能比较准确地观测到燃烧始点,其均方根误差为1°CA左右。In view of the importance of combustion phase observation and the limitation of the practical application of combustion phase observation method based on cylinder pressure signal due to its high cost and short service life, a joint time:frequency analysis is conducted on the acoustic signals acquired in high-pressure common- rail diesel engine to find the relationship between the acoustic signal and the combustion onset timing. The acoustic signals in non-combustion stage are abstracted as Gaussian noise and an analysis is performed on the correlation between the characteristic parameter of acoustic signals and the measured timing of in-cylinder combustion onset. A polynomial regression model for combustion onset observation in high-pressure common rail diesel engine is then established. The results show that the observation model can correctly observe combustion onset timing with a root- mean-square error of around 1°CA.
