摘　　要：介绍了一种直线四工位调节装置,阐明了它的结构组成、工作原理及结构特点。该装置利用螺旋机构原理,将2根丝杠的旋转运动转变成4个工位安装板的平移运动,且2根丝杠由特定传动比的齿轮联动,只需转动调节手轮即可实现4个工位等间距调节。该装置结构简单,调整方便,大大提高了生产效率,在包装机械领域具有更大的实用性和推广性。This article introduces a kind of linear adjusting device of four work locations ,and illustrates its structure ,working principle and structural characteristics .Utilizing the principle of the screw mechanism , The device makes two screw＇s rotation movement into four work locations mounting plate＇ranslational motion .And two screw can rotate in special transmission ratio in accord with gear ratio .Only turning the handwheel ,equal spacing adjustment of four work locations can be achieved .The device has simple structure ,convenient adjust-ment,and increases in productivity .It has more practicability and popularization in the field of packaging ma-chinery .
