摘　　要：工程施工过程中不可避免要出现分包,文中就专业分包、劳务分包的管理中应注意的问题进行研讨,提出管理措施,以提高总包单位的管理能力和经济效益,降低总包单位的风险。The construction process is inevitable to appear subcontracting, this paper on professional subcontractors, labor subcontracting management issues should be noted that discussion, proposed management measures to improve the management capacity of the total package and economic units, reducing the total package risk units.
