摘　　要：目的 观察超声引导下射频消融（RFA）治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及安全性.方法 2007年12月-2012年12月我科应用超声引导下RFA治疗具有明确病理诊断的原发性肝癌36例,采用RECIST实体瘤评价标准进行疗效评估,依据NCI-CTC 3.0标准评估不良反应发生情况.结果 本组总有效率为80.6％.Ⅲ-Ⅳ度不良反应发生率为16.7％,经对症治疗后缓解.结论 原发性肝癌行超声引导下RFA疗效显著且安全性较好.Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation （RFA） in treatment of patients with primary hepatocarcinoma. Methods A total of 36 patients with definite pathological diagnosis of primary hepatocarcinoma underwent ultrasound-guided RFA during December 2007 and December 2012, curative effects were evaluated using RECIST evaluation criteria in solid tumors, and adverse reactions were also evaluated using NCI-CTC 3.0 toxicity evaluation criteria. Results The total effective rate was 80.6%. The incidence rate of adverse re- action of grade Ⅲ- Ⅳ was 16.7% , and the symptoms were relieved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Ultra- sound-guided RFA in treatment of patients with primary hepatocarcinoma is safe and has a good curative effect.
